In this project we have implemented a HADR architecture using two web server clusters running separately on Openstack and Azure clouds and using one load balancer to manage the traffic between these clouds. The results show that during failover and failback, there is no data loss and no downtime happens in the application with all data being synchronously relicated between the two sites. Suggestions for how the project could be extended will be made at the workshop. I will also provide a fuller description of the work completed before the end of this week.
